*** Upcoming trips
Trail maintenance
* Carlos (cmr55) will lead Danby trail maintainence this Saturday
  11/12. Cars needed. Biking to the trailhead is a possibility.
Paddling
* First kayak pool session will be on Sunday 11/20. There will be a $5
  fee.  Ari (ate2) is accepting reservations. He may offer worksession
  credit for handling the logistics.
Caving
* Simeon (simeon@cs.cornell.edu) & Kara (klp37) are going to survey
  caves on Friday and Saturday. They will go to Schoharie cave Friday
  at 5:30 PM for practice, survey on Saturday, and return Saturday
  evening.
Wheels and balls
* Brendan (bsk25) is going to the Juggling Fest this weekend.
  Unicycling will occur, including some intro workshops. Bring helmet
  / wheel (some spare wheels will be provided).
Hiking
* Anne (annee.becker@yahoo.com) will be meeting Lindsay Speer (former
  club president) in Manlius Sunday morning to hike some land that she
  is trying to preserve.

*** Gear Night: Simeon, Thursday 6PM
*** Announcements
* Worksession credit will be offered for sleeping bag laundering.
  Details to come.
* Possible worksession credit for handling pool session logistics ;
  contact Ari (ate2).
* Carlos will lead trail maintenance this weekend. See upcoming trips

* There is a tent in Japes that is missing poles. If you signed this
  out or misplaced the poles, please contact O&C.

* Luke (lgr23) is interested in information about Costa Rica.
* JuggleFest is this weekend, from Friday to Sunday, starting on
  Friday at 6PM in the Field House, runs until noon on Sunday. Most
  workshops (juggling and unicycling) are free.

*** Trips past
* Leslie, Luke, Anegret, and Rako climbed at the Gunks on Saturday.
* Adam and others backpacked in the Adirondacks. It was really wet due
  to melt (but not rain).
* Brendan unicycled at the regular 6PM Monday unicyclist meet-up. 15
  unicyclists showed despite the darkness.
* Brendan treeclimbed in Trumansburg on Sunday, narrowly escaping the
  thunderstorm.
* Brendan et al kayaked at Keuka inlet.
* Kara, Rima, et al caved at Barrow's cave in the Adirondacks on
  Saturday, and attempted to hike on Sunday.
*** Educational program
Ari and Rima on dressing for winter. Cotton Kills!

Anne's skis:

I have a set of older but excellent (new) condition
Rossignol downhill skiis with bindings for sale.  They
are 175's.  Also available are matching downhill ski
boots - about a womens size 9.  Boots and Skiis are
purple (very 80's).  Asking $80 for the skiis and
bindings (poles too if someone wants them) and $35 for
the boots.
