- I suggest changing article XI "shall be explicitly stated in the by-laws" to "shall be part of the by-laws". This mirrors the text of article XII and avoids suggesting that there is something more formal that there really will be. Otherwise, good by me! -- SimeonWarner - 02 Nov 2004
