Hold a club key, and be available as appropriate to issue gear and do business.
At meetings, if the secretary is absent, make sure someone is taking minutes and posting them.
Check with people that inventories are being done, via the facilities manager and chairs.
Track initiatives as they happen, and facilitate their completion. Be an understudy for all general tasks of the club officers and chairs, and check up with them.
Facilitate effective communication between/ among chairs, officers, & members.
Work on group problem solving with others.
Assist with all major processes, such as elections, amendments, and funding.
