Equipment Inventory

Rules

Our constitution states that inventory is to be presented to the advisory board every semester by the facilities chair. In particular, we MUST have up-to-date inventories for all acitvities in time to submit the SAFC budget request at the beginning of September each year. Upkeep of inventories for each activity is delegated to the activity chairs who are encouraged to offer worksessions to help complete them.
