Pack Boating

Have you ever come upon a beautiful pond deep in the woods and wished that you had a boat? Well, now you can have one!

Kevin Magde will demonstrate and explain "pack boating" in which an ultra-light-weight canoe is carried on a special frame-pack rig. Kevin uses this agile setup to bushwack to ponds that are not accessible by trails. He'll show us his pack-boat equipment and share pictures of some of his adventures.
