Facilities Manager

The duties of the CocFacilitiesManager shall be to

  1. Distribute keys, maintain key inventory and deposits.
  2. Ensure building and facility maintenance is accomplished through work sessions.
  3. Collect inventories from activity chairs upon the request of the executive committee, and spot check them.
  4. Make arrangements for proper and efficient storage of equipment.
  5. Track unreturned equipment through the sign out sheets and advise Vice President of it.
  6. Maintain tools in the work room and cleaning and office supplies.
  7. Submit budget for supplies upon the request of the treasurer and purchase supplies with budget alloted.
  8. Schedule advisory committee members for gear nights, as decided.
  9. Maintain gear sign out notebooks.
  10. Work with other chairs to provide a safe, fun, and well managed club house.
